Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, which is valid only for a specified date and time.
Operational timings of waterpark is from 10:00 Am to 4:00 PM and that of theme park is from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Outside food and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited inside the park premises.
All items are subject to security check at the point of entry.
Do not use foul language or engage in unsafe or offensive behaviour. Show common courtesy to fellow park guests and to service staff.
Always wear Polyester or Nylon costumes (t-shirts, shorts, Bermudas, three-fourths, or swimsuits) while enjoying the water rides.
Dresses like sarees, churidars/salwars, dupatta, formal pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos and indecent attires are not permitted inside the water park.
Do not wear scarfs or shawls while enjoying rides to ensure the safety of all the visitors at park.
Guests are advised to follow safety instructions as displayed on the board. Management will not be responsible for any injury/accident caused due to negligence of Guests.
Do not dive into pools as the pools are shallow.
Pregnant Women, heart patients and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
Parents are advised to pay special attention to their Children.
Guests below stipulated height and guests above certain weights are not permitted in few rides for safety purpose.
The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety/technical reasons without prior notice.
Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the park.
